ING Real Estate Community Living Group (ILF) wins awards for innovation and financial performance
AustraliaILF has received recognition for its innovation and financial performance at the recent Excellence in Property Awards hosted by the Australian Property Institute. The Fund, which was entered in this category in NSW and Victoria, won top honours in both instances.
In Victoria, ILF received the Joe Curlewis Property Trust Industry Award, which is given to a listed or unlisted property trust for financial performance and innovation in the property industry. The judges were impressed by the “innovation and professionalism of the Fund”.
In NSW, ILF won the m3property Property Trust Industry Innovation Award. ILF management was praised for its “innovative thinking in tapping into the fast-growing retirement property business”.
ILF was the first listed property group on the ASX specialising in seniors and student housing communities. Included in the S&P/ASX 300 Property Trust index, the Fund has a portfolio of 122 properties valued at A$1.2 billion and offers a diversified investment across Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the USA.
