In the 12 months to 30 June 2006, the Fund acquired 10 properties, for a combined value of $345.3 million. The acquisitions included the Fund’s first six European properties, located in France, Germany and Spain, as well as four high quality industrial properties in New South Wales and Victoria. Following the European acquisitions, the Fund has a weighting of 11.2% to Europe.
