ING Real Estate Community Living Fund aims to provide investors with highly competitive investment returns through acquiring residential real estate utilised as social infrastructure. 

The ING Real Estate Community Living Fund has undergone a significant transformation over the six months to 31 December 2005. As a result of the Fund’s acquisition program, distributions for the period were increased by 16.8% from 4.125 cents per unit in June 2005 to 4.82 cents per unit in December 2005. This earnings uplift produced a boost to the unit price from $0.81 to $1.17 and a total return of 55% for the period. 

ING Real Estate Community Living Group today announced distributable income of $46.6 million for the 12 months ended 30 June 2008, equating to 10.7 cents per stapled security.
