ING Clarion Partners was established in 1982; its mission was to offer tailored real estate investment management services to large institutional investors, primarily U.S. pension funds. The firm manages capital invested in private market real estate for both US and international clients. While our scope and scale have expanded since inception, our investment approach has remained consistent: every client’s assets are managed by a senior investment professional who is directly accountable for portfolio performance.  

The group is a registered investment advisor with the SEC under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
