Changes to REIMA executive team

ING Real Estate Investment Management Australia (REIMA) today announced changes to its executive team following the progress made on ING Group’s phased withdrawal from the REIMA business.

REIMA Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Denis Hickey, and Chief Financial Officer, Danny Agnoletto, leave their full-time REIMA executive roles effective today however, they will both remain with the group on a consulting basis.

Their executive duties will be assumed by Mr Greg Inkson, who will take over as REIMA CEO. Mr Inkson joined REIMA in February 2010 as General Manager, Finance. He will now lead a transitionary management team responsible for the long-term solutions of REIMA’s two remaining ASX-listed Funds, ING Real Estate Community Living Group (ILF) and ING Real Estate Entertainment Fund (IEF), as ING completes its phased withdrawal from the REIMA business. 

IML Company Secretary, Ms Sarah Wiesener, will also be an executive member of the transition 
team as Group General Counsel.
