Our team of experienced and dedicated real estate securities investment professionals, based in our offices worldwide, work closely with ING Real Estate’s global network of private real estate professionals. Research analysts specializing in public and private real estate market research worldwide, draw upon, and contribute to, a global transfer of ideas and information. We believe our integrated approach to real estate research makes our platform unique and provides our clients with a comprehensive view of the global real estate market.

Independent Security Research and Analysis

We have developed our own proprietary research and security analysis tools. These are flexible and provide an in-depth analysis of real estate markets and companies across international borders.  We develop our own independent estimate of a real estate company’s Net Asset Value, earnings forecast, and risk-adjusted return potential. We do this through extensive global research activities, property tours, and meetings with company management.
