Can I get a replacement tax/distribution statement?

Current tax statements, along with the two previous years statements, are available online. Please click here to log in to your view your investment details. You will need your HIN/SRN to do this. 

If you have misplaced your tax statement from years before 2008, please contact Link Market Services Limited on 1300 653 497 to request a replacement. A fee is charged to have a replacement posted to you. 

Does my Fund have an active Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP)?

How do I invest in a Fund?

The Funds are listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. To invest in the Funds, units must be purchased through a stock broker or online broking facility.

How do I lodge my Tax File Number (TFN) / Australia Business Number (ABN)?

To advise your TFN / ABN, please contact Link Market Services on 1300 653 497. 

Alternatively, click here to download the relevant form from the registry's website and post it to the address on the form.

How do I notify a change of address or any other changes to my personal details?

What is an A-REIT?

An Australian Real Estate Investment Trust (A-REIT) is a collective investment vehicle, which owns a portfolio of property. A-REITs are quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and their prices fluctuate in accordance with supply and demand and market fundamentals.
