New Zealand Students Portfolio

The New Zealand student housing portfolio comprises three mixed use properties located in the Central Business District of Wellington, providing accommodation for students of the Victoria University of Wellington (VUW).

The three properties are operated by Campus Living Villages, specialist student accommodation managers and occupancy remains consistently high during the academic year, typically 97% or higher.  The properties are in demand during the academic year when they enjoy 100% occupancies.

The Fund will extract further value from this portfolio by renewing a longer term contract with the university and focus on increasing summer short-stay accommodation occupancy
