The project comprises a staged commercial development on a site located within the Wollongong CBD, and walking distance to the city’s amenities and central railway station.

Stage 1 - Oasis on Keira comprises 5 levels of office accommodation built over a podium retail/parking level and a basement car park.

The project will deliver a grade-A office building, comprising approximately 7,000 m² of commercial space and 107 car bays.

Stage 1 has been constructed on the 2,200 m² parcel of land fronting Keira Street. 

Stage 2 will be developed on a 2,400 m² parcel of land fronting Kenny Street subject to separate approval and commercial demand.
